Trade stands, reception areas, conferences and presentations
Choose the right specification
A portable display should make sense in a few seconds at a busy venue.
- Choose width for the space and consider whether the base will be reused.
- Keep the primary message above desk and crowd height.
- Plan the transport case, setup and any matching backdrop or handouts.
Planning example: a busy event aisle
Imagine the banner behind a table and two staff members. Keep the organisation name and key benefit high enough to stay visible. Put detailed services on a handout or QR destination; the banner needs to start a conversation, not carry the full sales pitch.
What to send for a useful quote
Give display width, quantity, venue date, delivery destination and whether artwork or an existing unit is supplied.
Ask for the exact cassette template: the visible height and extra roll-in area differ by unit. Keep essential text away from the bottom.
A question we hear
Can I reuse the cassette?
Ask the team to assess the existing unit; compatibility and replacement economics vary.
Plan the file and approval
Before we produce the job, check the final PDF for the exact wording, dates, contact details, size and page or panel order. Confirm any unusual stock, mounting or finishing with the team. A physical sample can be useful where fit, colour or feel matters.
