Letterheads, compliment slips, cards and branded office materials
Choose the right specification
Keep the everyday printed touchpoints of your organisation consistent and useful.
- Decide which items will pass through an office printer and select stock accordingly.
- Use a shared brand file so colours and contact details stay consistent.
- Order quantities around actual use so changing details do not create waste.
Planning example: stationery that goes through a printer
If a letterhead will be fed through an office laser or inkjet device, say so before selecting the paper. A visually luxurious stock that jams or smudges is not a successful business tool. Run a sample through the actual equipment if compatibility matters.
What to send for a useful quote
List each item, size, quantity, sides, stock and any compatibility requirement for office printing.
Supply the master logo as vector artwork, verify contact details and leave a sensible writing or overprint area.
A question we hear
Can a letterhead go through my printer?
Ask for a stock suitable for your printer type and test a sample before a large run.
Plan the file and approval
Before we produce the job, check the final PDF for the exact wording, dates, contact details, size and page or panel order. Confirm any unusual stock, mounting or finishing with the team. A physical sample can be useful where fit, colour or feel matters.
