Work through the job in four steps
Facts
Check names, numbers, addresses, prices, dates, URLs, QR destinations and legal or safety statements against the approved source.
Layout
Inspect crop, bleed, safe area, folds, spine, sequence and back/front orientation.
Visuals
Check image sharpness, colour expectations, contrast and accessibility at finished size.
Sign-off
Have the responsible person approve the exact final PDF and keep the version identifier with the order.
A printer can catch many technical issues but cannot know whether your event date or price is correct.
Before you send the file
Check the exact specification with The Print Centre Warrington before final export. Bleed, resolution, colour setup, imposition and finishing allowances depend on the product and production route. Approve the final file and content yourself.
