Direct mail, event packs, onboarding sets and repeat dispatches
Choose the right specification
Coordinate print, packing and dispatch around one clear campaign schedule.
- Define the pack contents and the sequence in which items should be assembled.
- Confirm whether addressing, personalisation and tracking are needed.
- Agree how recipient data is transferred, checked, retained and deleted before supplying it.
Planning example: a campaign with several pack versions
Decide whether recipients all get the same contents or whether segments receive different inserts. Build a pack matrix and test dummy records for each variation. Agree secure transfer and deletion of recipient data before the live list is supplied.
What to send for a useful quote
Outline campaign objective, quantities, pack components, delivery destinations, dispatch date and any data handling requirement.
Proof all variable fields and barcodes with realistic test data; never place live personal data in the artwork sample.
A question we hear
Can you handle address data?
Discuss the data flow with the team first. They can confirm the appropriate secure process and quote scope.
Plan the file and approval
Before we produce the job, check the final PDF for the exact wording, dates, contact details, size and page or panel order. Confirm any unusual stock, mounting or finishing with the team. A physical sample can be useful where fit, colour or feel matters.
