Print that supports the job
Practical printed materials that work on site and in the van. The useful starting point is the task the reader or visitor needs to complete. Then select the size, material and distribution method that make that task easier.
Site boards, safety notices, NCR forms, vehicle handouts and presentation folders. Match the mix to the audience and the location rather than ordering every format by default.
Plan around real constraints
Start with exposure, durability and installation. Compliance wording and safety requirements must be supplied and signed off by the responsible contractor.
From brief to approved print
- List the audience, venue, display or distribution point and required date.
- Confirm the content owner and approval route for names, prices, dates and any regulated wording.
- Choose a small set of complementary formats and request a specification and quote.
- Proof the final artwork at its finished size before production.
