Sales proposals, onboarding packs, property information and conference materials
Choose the right specification
Give proposals and welcome packs a tidy format that survives handling.
- Check what paper sizes and thicknesses the folder must hold.
- Decide on pockets and card slots before designing the die line.
- A shorter run can be sensible when the enclosed information changes often.
Planning example: a proposal pack for meetings
Collect all contents first and measure the thickest real pack. This determines pocket depth and whether a card slot is useful. Make one folded dummy with the intended stock so the folder closes neatly rather than forcing the contents against the crease.
What to send for a useful quote
Send folder size, contents, quantity, pocket/card-slot needs, stock feel and delivery date.
Request the exact cutter guide, keep text off folds and glue areas, and proof a physical dummy where fit matters.
A question we hear
Can I include a business card slot?
Usually this can be considered. Ask for the cutter guide and confirm the card size.
Plan the file and approval
Before we produce the job, check the final PDF for the exact wording, dates, contact details, size and page or panel order. Confirm any unusual stock, mounting or finishing with the team. A physical sample can be useful where fit, colour or feel matters.
