Regulated copy, accessibility and version tracking matter across client materials
What to print
Choose each piece for the moment someone will use it. A long guide can answer detailed questions; a sign or card should carry only the message that needs to be seen quickly.
- meeting folders
- service brochures
- event invitations
- business cards
Plan the job before artwork starts
Define the audience and place
Say who will read each item and where: at a desk, in a window, outdoors, in a meeting or by post. This determines reading distance, size and stock.
Separate stable from changing information
Keep an approval record for each version and retire old stock when wording changes. Decide what can be reused and what needs a short, replaceable print run.
Set quantities and milestones
Count destinations and versions, then include time for proofing, finishing, delivery or collection at our Warrington address. Give the actual date the material must be in use.
Check the final file
Have compliance approve claims and required notices in the final layout. Reopen the exported PDF at final size and inspect every page or panel before approving print.
A practical brief for financial advisers
Tell us the item, size, number of versions, quantity per version, location of use, desired finish and deadline. Include the person who will approve the final wording. If installation, mailing or a specialist material is part of the brief, describe the environment so we can confirm the right route.
Regulated copy, accessibility and version tracking matter across client materials Put the last content review before the print sign-off, with one named approver for the final version.
Helpful next steps
Use our artwork guides to prepare the file, or build a quote brief so the team can recommend a realistic specification.
